NY Group approaches every project as we would when sitting down for the first time with a major real estate developer – even when we are working with a regular homeowner looking to resell a single apartment.

Initial Property Assessment
Our team visits the property to view its current status and assess its value, while simultaneously analyzing what can be done to maximize the property’s value and increase its appeal to prospective buyers. This includes in-depth evaluation of those buyers and their needs, based on neighborhood trends. After this stage, we can supply two possible services:
- Full Design Solution – A complete design service, following inspections by leading designers, that not only stages the apartment in the best way, highlighting its great potential, but also positions it to attract the defined target audience.
- Engineering & Architectural Planning – Comprehensive 2D plans and renderings that detail more extensive changes to the property, such as expanding or combining rooms, moving kitchens, and so on. This enables buyers to fully understand the property’s potential and flexibility.
