Ra’anana has a small number of private villas and they rarely come up for sale. Most sit in Kiryat Ganim, where the plots are large and the gardens are decades old. Shikun Asher has private homes on quieter streets at a lower entry point. West Ra’anana has newer builds with modern specs.
